We want you to love your new artwork! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return Window:
You may return any artwork within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team returns@articolabs.com to initiate your return.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

• Damaged or Defective Items: contact us a returns@articolabs.com. 
• Change of Mind: If you decide the artwork isn’t the right fit for your space and wish to return it for reasons other than damage or defect, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned artwork and inspect it to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
